The Movements and Sacred Dances were an inseparable part of Gurdjieff's teaching, named "the work on oneself": an inner search for self-development. They encourage higher consciousness and allow a direct experience of awakening. They require, and together we will learn, attention and presence: "Remember yourself always and everywhere" is one of Gurdjieff's most famous statements.

In her artistic work she combines different techniques of body expression with the imaginative sources of her roots into a unique organic movement language, from which she created several solo shows and group pieces.
With her large background, she makes links with methods like Yogi Bhajan's Kundalini Yoga , Gurdjieff’s Movements and active meditations for energetic bodywork, adapting these sources to nowadays.

Dancing with the Bach flowers
with Miriam Gudrun Sieber
“Everything that truly cures is as simple as nature and love.” Edward Bach.
Edward Bach, discovered in the decade of the thirties a forgotten method of healing that comes from the native towns: the therapy of drops of dew.
Since then the world speaks of the miracle of Bach’s flowers, a natural medicine that works at a subtle and energetic level with the forces of the soul, through which it is possible to obtain healing and transformation. The floral essences help us to connect with our soul potential and bring harmony between our personality and psique.
